I keep hearing about truenutrition.com and how good their protein powders are. You can make a custom blend of protein powder at a very low price. I am wondering if anyone has tried this company? I'm interested in trying their Vegan Protein Optimizer formula (approx $7/lb). I really love the Vega Sport protein powder but it's really expensive. If anyone has any other recommendations that would be great too. I am looking more for vegan based protein because I realized that I can't handle whey protein that well anymore.

Just get something that is all protein. You can always add carbs if you want Don't pay for fillers
