For those of you who do additional swim workouts during the week, I found a good webpage for lots of different swim workouts: workoutsoffthebeatenpath.wordpress.com/All workouts are 2500-3000 meters in length and are approx. 1 hour long. I try to swim Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6-7AM. See you at the pool!

2000-3000m. LOL. I wish I could swim that in an hour. Thanks for the link. I will try to modify. I usually swim 8-9am on Tues/Thrs for those that start work later. Usually do a quick run afterwards.
